Class 1 truck driving is reserved for those that can back up a trailer. Short trailers are harder than long trailers. If you can back up the boat to the lake, or back a holiday trailer into a camping spot, you can probably handle Class 1 driving with little problem.

We offer training on our bus to achieve a Class 2 Driver’s license. The bus is also available if you’d like to get more experience driving larger vehicles such as a motor home. A common skill we help with is backing up using your mirrors. Obtaining your Class 2 also allows you to operate anything Class 3.

The knowledge test can be done at any registry in Alberta. You will need to have the knowledge test and airbrake course done before your road test. Once we have your road test booked we will show you where to go to get your road test permit
